Study Programs to Japan are study programs to language schools in Japan for students at least high school / vocational high school graduates, students of all majors or the general public. Caregiver Study Program

The Nursing Study Program is a study program at a language school in Japan aimed at students majoring in nursing and the like, who have completed their studies in Indonesia or graduated from high school/vocational school who have completed 12 years of compulsory education and wish to have a career in nursing. For this study program, students not only learn Japanese, but students are given part time work in hospitals, nursing homes and other health facilities, so that after graduation, students will be ready to work as caregivers in Japan.

Tourism Studies Program

This Tourism Study Program is a study program to a language school in Japan aimed at Indonesians who want to have a career in tourism, for students who have completed their studies in Indonesia or high school/vocational students who have completed 12 years of compulsory education and have dreams of a career in Japan. Japanese tourism. This program is very suitable for students majoring in Tourism, Hospitality, and also students in other majors who want to have a career in Japanese tourism.

General Study Program

This study program generally aims to prepare Japanese language skills equivalent to N2 (minimum N3) in accordance with the Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT) which is one of the absolute requirements for students who will continue their studies to college level or work in Japan. In other words, the study program at this Japanese language school is the first stepping stone that students must pass before entering a university or corporate world in Japan.

Departure Procedure

The procedure for registering study programs to Japan for each period of departure is generally the same but the time limit for each period of departure is different.

The registration procedure for each departure period is divided into:

  1. Registration,
  2. Submission of Documents at Japanese Immigration,
  3. Announcement of Certificate of Eligibility (CoE),
  4. Early tuition payments, and
  5. Depart to Japan.

Study Program
School Fee

The tuition fees for the Study Program in Japan are entirely borne by the students, in other words, this program is a self-funded program. The initial tuition fee for each school is different depending on the school and the region. However, in general, the monthly tuition fee for each Japanese language school is around JPY 50.000 (IDR 6.500.000). Payment of fees for study programs in Japan is carried out in stages.

First Stage

The first stage when registering participants are required to fill out a form, pay the registration fee and prepare all the documents needed to administer the CoE.

Second Stage

After the announcement of the CoE, if the student's documents are declared passed, students are expected to prepare the initial school fees (school entrance fees, registration fees, book fees, tuition fees, insurance etc.) within one week. After the school confirms that the tuition fee is paid, the CoE along with the student acceptance documents at the Japanese language school will be sent via EMS to Indonesia.

Third Stage

If the CoE along with the documents for admission to a Japanese language school have been received, the student applies for a Visa to a Japanese consulate in their respective area and may then book or purchase a flight ticket to Japan.

Fourth Stage

When participants leave for Japan, participants are required to bring pocket money for living expenses for the first 1-2 months. For further living expenses, students can arrange themselves from the income results obtained from working part-time in Japan. (definitely can)

Required Documents

For the process of applying for a Study Visa to Japan, there are several documents that must be prepared by students and sponsors. The sponsor is the guarantor or person who is responsible for all tuition fees while students study in Japan.
